Maintenance Tips
1. Clean the oil tank and filter the hydraulic oil once within one to two months after the machine comes into use. When cleaning the oil tank, do remember to clean the inlet filters of pumps.
2. Check fasteners of each part and ensure they are fastened.
3. If the pipe expanding machine fails to advance or withdraw, check if the solenoid valve functions normally and whether the sequence valve, overflow valve or unidirectional unloading valve is stuck. Remove the valve, clean it with gasoline or diesel, and reinstall.
4. If the oil-resistant rubber seals in the joints of hydraulic pump station damage or leak, please replace them in time.
